For sale is this lovely 1967 Raleigh Riviera in a nice shade of British racing green. Nice old school sprung plasticky Brooks saddle is incredibly comfortable and the whole bike is perfect for a summertime cruise. Original 1967 Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub gear and a dynamo front hub.
Top tube is 56cm ctc but this bike seems to fit everyone.

Good Bits
Chrome still shiny with a nice patina
Really comfy
Can go surprisingly fast on it (have overtaken quite a few roadies on it much to their embarrassment)
Has an odometer that makes a nice clicking noise as you go along.
The front dynamo hub works some of the time and powers the lovely big light.
Bad bits
I can only get 2 of the 3 speeds to work but I have no idea with Sturmey Archer.
The brakes squeal a bit but do stop you pretty well
The front dynamo hub doesn't work some of the time and doesn't power the lovely big light.
Overall it's a lovely vintage cruiser that I've genuinely enjoyed riding. Go on and treat yourself to a bit of British made summer fun (it has fenders so you won't get wet when it rains)
Collection in Brighton please or will deliver it within a reasonable radius.
