what happens if no one volunteers to ref tonight? Should we perhaps relocate to 2nd court at Newington?

I don't mind riding down there. But we'd have to ask on the thread and make sure that we can get refs there too. Let's see if Ben can come and if we can get two others by 7?

When me and Nik arrived at 6.30 there was an organised football session going on. The organisers were really nice to us and when they finished at 7 said that the court was all ours.

None of the normal lot of kids were there and it made it pretty easy to secure the court. Three kids started playing football but left when we explained we were playing a league game.

Worth remembering for the rest of the league, if everyone was there at 7 ready to play the court would be ours!
