Seat Post Binder bolt for a Swinnerton Track frame

What sort of seat post bolt is going to be best for this frame? Its a different design to anything i have had before.

The hole on the left handside is 6mm wide and the whole on the right is 10mm wide.

Narrower side looks like its threaded, so a M6 hex bolt of the right length should do the trick.

True. What's the imperial 'equivalent' of M6?

Perhaps try a M6 very carefully as not to strip the thread if it doesn't fit.
