3 in total :-) of The one above is really light compared to one at the begining of this thread which is much smaller too.
Also this one has english threads which is unusual on Zeus frames. Might have been rethreaded at some point.
I only have space for one frame built up and about 6 frames with a few sets of wheels. Im going to try and narrow it down to 3 frames by the end of summer but not sure if its going to be possible :-D the stash should end up something like this though- Zeus, 57cm full track gear
- Razesa, 55cm summer daily ride
- F.R. Russell, 56cm Hip-Hop Slave
- Motobecane, 55cm classy french whip
Want but don't need
- Lo-Pro, still to be found/made
- NJS frame
- Zeus, 57cm full track gear

Planist - Might have to get some custom made. Some of the ones ive found aren't 100% correct, letters not tall enough etc. and it would bug me forever if I didnt get them right.

Picked these shorts up today from royalfail. Got stung by customs for £17 too :-(
Got the catalogue a while back but forgot to post it on here.

Also in the process of polishing the akront rims. Should keep me occupied for a couple days.

can the forum raise 3 grand for it?

I can chip in 80p and a packet of Tangfastics? :)

Just read all of this, absolutely brilliant build mate, can't wait to see the finished product!

• #169
I'm assuming the pending offer on it at the moment is approx 90p and 2 packets of Tangfastics (whatever the hell they are, obviously don't exist in Australia).
I mean seriously, whose going to pay 3k for that (as nice as it might be)? Or offer even half of that?

Thanks :-) Have most parts but still need a few bits, need some Zeus 3ttt stems, but they all seem to be a fortune on ebay. Was supposed to keep it slightly cheap ha!

Its probably not even built by zeus, especially if it has italian bb!

Im 174cm tall and Im thinking a 55cm square would be the best fit!
Sorry about the late reply, been a bit off the Zeus project. Find it hard to keep the momentum going. Still need to polish the Akront rims and get them built. Also looking into getting an original Zeus track frame from spain brought over. Anyone know much about Reynolds SMS tubing?

From what I have researched its a single butted equivalent of 531 and wasn't in production for long. Which probably isn't a good thing?

Ah I see them but just realised that the 'clincher' wheelset I've got isn't really clincher, its the hookless type from back in the day. This isn't good as from what Ive read up they tend to blow out often especially when inflated to over 80psi. I think its going to have to be a case of getting other rims really which is a bit annoying.
That place is alright though, just a bit long sometimes in terms of finalizing a deal etc.
