i dont really appreciate someone from this forum telling me "bad form" when i told him the sofa must be gone today . i cant mess around sorry "punkture" . it many seem "bad form" to you but i just got to get rid of the sofa to first come first served , sent you message last night and got no reply i previously told you it must be sunday ! if you wanted it that much maybe you should have organised the vehicle before telling me "you had been let down" as this tends to mean "i cant pick it up " . flintyrock organised a vehicle within 1 hour of me telling him it had to go today ..........my apologies but dont tell me its bad form ! i am moving house and this just had to go .

I messaged you saying a friend had let me down but i was going to organise a man with a van and would get back to you asap. Spent the entire afternoon moving stuff around to get ready for the sofa and sorting stuff with other people, then sent you messages to let you know everything was sorted and asking for your address and no response, not even the couretesy to let me know then not even a trace of an apology.

Gios - thank you so much for helping a newcomer to London and cycling brother out! I owe you a pint or two if I ever get the chance to meet you and I hope I do! (BTW, the van man was shady; tried to extort another 20 quid out of me because he said "it was hard work getting it out of his flat and it wasn't on the ground floor". I hope we get a chance to meet, let's go for a ride when you are settled into your new place.

no problem flintyrock yeah van driver pretty much wanted me to carry the sofa . it was bad timing for myself and puncture as we were both out of town until today and it had to go today . often on this forum people "dibs" things and then nothing happens that was how i responded how i did, sorry it had to go fast ........i am under much stress i dont need someone telling me i am a dick etc ...........

If it was a cash sale it would be different? Giving it away for free is a bit different.
