Yes, I concur.
Where are we on this? Dura Ace 9150 with Quark DFOUR91 non?
I've (sadly) moved beyond having a use for a Powermeter these days (despite having around ten of the things), so it'll be a straightforward groupset.
I am getting a few things on the frame tidied up and will then get it over to Colourburn, once it's back from Rob I'll build it up. Key question is wheels.
Are they still for sale?
if you're going campag these look lovely
ooh yeah. the proper skinny rimmed ones, 45mm or so.
Have to be carbon, and will also have to be narrow to fit in what is an old frame and fork.
I’d go for a set of DT Swiss PR 1400 OXIC.
Not carbon, but are ceramic coated rims, and have the oxic brake track (similar to Mavic exalith) so are all black.
21mm external, 240 hubs, tubeless ready, and at circa 1400g - light as any carbon clinchers you’ll find.
I’d like a set for my Talbot, as my Enve 2.2’s rub on the rear direct mount calliper.
Not sure there are many option out there for sub 23mm wide Carbon clinchers these days!
Mavic stuff is pretty narrow.
Yeah, but Mavic are Mavic.
Vive la difference
Mine haven't exploded yet.
