A ride through all 32 London boroughs (and the City of London) ending at the statue of King Charles I in Trafalgar Square, the point at which you are 0 miles from London. We'll be departing from Sidcup Place at 0730 sharp. We hope to finish before dark, but we might not so it would be a good idea to bring lights. The weather looks a bit damp, mudguards are advisable.
It's about 180km, mostly flat.
Sidcup Place pub at the start has agreed to open at 7.15am to prepare food for us for our 7.30am depart. They're offering hot baps filled with either fried egg, sausage or bacon @ £1.99 each. Costa tea @ £1.79 each. Costa coffee @ £2.50 each. If you want any of that, you must book in advance by 3pm on Friday 18th, by adding yourself to the list near the end of this thread.
There will be regular brief stops for food, drink and toilet:
I will be running a GPS tracker on my phone ( http://www.greenalp.com/RealTimeTracker/ ) so if you have an android phone and you want to be able to find the group, install this app and add earthloop as a friend.

This will be a serious challenge, I don't mind trying to lead for a few miles now that I've figure my garmin out.
I pretty much know the inner NW stretch.
Totally bonkers ride. In.
Broke the list already...
looks hideous but still can't resist.
I reckon on 15 hours+ to complete this. Totally mental. I'm in.
Done, knocked a few km and a lot of traffic lights off around the final bit.
This is fucking crazy. In.

Such a mammoth ride surely needs it's own T shirt design...
Great effort Earthloop, totally in
This looks stupid, probably in.
It is a great idea for a ride, have been looking to do something like this before. Only problem is that I am away that week :-(
Ridiculous. I love it.
This reminds me a bit of the M25 ride Corlis organised:
That was more fun that it sounds.
such a good idea, if it goes well i'd definitely be up for a repeat when I'm back from uni
