Wanted: Downtube cable stops

Hi,

I've recently purchased an old steel frame and I'm looking to put STIs on so I'm after a pair or downtube cable stops. This is the exact frame and also the kind of thing I'm looking for:

So I guess that the cable stops shouldn't be concave as they're not attached to the downtube itself. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks!
