Can we have another picture of it in its track guise last year?
What bars have you gone for for the track? And are you going to just put TT bars on the drops, or swap the drops out for bullhorn/tri bars?
Also, seeing that Turbo brings back nightmares about the one that was on the Dolan you sold me. My lower half still hasn't forgiven me.

I was gonna buy a disc from V-L a while ago, he may or may not still be selling it.

As built last year. Will cut the steerer and flip the stem for stiffness this year.

In TT form:

I took this out for a test ride round Regents Park this morning. It quickly became apparent that the initial set up was wrong. After a couple of laps I flipped the stem, moved the saddle forward, levelled the tri bars and moved them forward.
It is the first time I have ridden in an aero tt position. Firstly, I need to ride in this position a lot more before I would feel comfortable entering a TT. I need work on stability and control on the bars and transitioning from the bars to the drops. Secondly, I haven't developed the correct muscles to ride in a TT position. When I tried to put out power, I quickly felt a deficit of muscle in my lower back and glutes. I new there was a reason I felt guilty for not doing any core muscle exercises all winter. Thirdly, 51x16 felt over geared for a cold morning with constant stop start, but I suspect it would be about the right gear to push in a proper TT effort. Finally, when on the bull horns I was faster for the same cardiac effort than on my road bike. I might give a TT a go just on the bulls.

Bike looks very nice. Is that the PX road fork you are using in TT setup?

Planet X Stealth Pro Carbon TT fork

With bar tape (I would prefer black but I nicked this off some old bars), and revised set up from yesterday's trial.

They are very jaunty looking TT bars, are they the only shape you've tried?

I ran a similar bar setup on my steel TTSS, found rotating the bullhorns forward makes a massive difference (comfort & aero position & climbing). I went for straight aero bars and once your wrists get used to it, its such a fast setup!
I've also got the same gearing as you, as have a few 8-12% hills near me - can sprint to 29mph, hold 25-27 on the bars on the flat and crawl up 12%. Perfect, unless you have über quads/lungs/skin suit/pointy head
My steel frame is feeling a bit bendy as my fitness increases - how do you find the PX frame? It's on my list of upgrade options. mini review?
Cheers

I had this built last year for track and plan to rebuild with some nicer parts. Aim to compete in track and TT this year, so will have it set up in a couple of guises.
Looking for tt bars, brake lever, brake and sugino 75 bb to finish the build.
Would also be nice to get a disc if I can find one for the right price.
