  • Just put a zero degree stem and slam that mother's.

  • Obvious troll is obvious.

  • I will be today at easts in regards to that pint.

  • slightly downsloping stem looks boss tbh

  • Zero degrees stem mean no spacer and bar on the right height the wa , you want it.

It look normal on ahead frame too.

  • and looks just like you love it, i.e. shit...

  • Ed, page 2 shows you what it looked like with zero degrees. Please read before you write. ;)

  • good to hear this rig is being ridden..

Ride all the Bars... just not at once

  • cant wait to see your new steed in the flesh Rob! Looks lovely.

  • Yeah! Looks awesome in the flesh :)

  • Yes Mark, long time no see bruv.

Cheers Dom, although you haven't seen the way the sun catches the angles yet! ;)

Thanks to Martin for the loaner bars, I'm gonna try them out at the weekend.

Fail time. I dropped my lock this morning when locking up at work. I heard the clunk as it hit the fork crown. Result = chipped off paint. Hopefully it can be rescued with a Sharpie and possibly some clear varnish to give it the gloss back.

  • Rat bikes thread >>>>>>

  • Sharpie + nail varnish = fail IIRC

  • Noooooooooooooo.

    What's wrong with that?

  • It's got to get it's first scratch at some point, at least the rest won't be so bad :)

  • Yeah, I know it will stop me being precious about it. I mean, it's not like it's Super Light Super Safe Seta.

  • Pretty sure the nail varnish dissolves the sharpie, but I may be wrong.

    Just get black nail varnish?

  • i feel for you, not too long ago i caught one of my chainstays in between a door

just throw a sticker on it

  • Just get black nail varnish?

    goths>>>>>>

  • another one exists on hisptagram

I'm aware there are others out there. However, that one is not the same mate. That is one of the cheaper production models with the rough welds and made from cheaper tubing. Same geo though.

  • Brake bridge and BB shell look different too.

  • ^^^

You might be right there. It's only a tiny 5mm flake of paint though. I've filled it in with Sharpie and covered it with clear varnish over the top. I'll see how that goes.

  • The sun was out and I decided to test out the bars that 1000AA let me borrow. The riding position is really comfortable and they don't look too bad IMO.

I think I still prefer the looks of the bullhorns though.
