Good condition (it was the replacement to one that was stolen with a bike in June 2011). Original packaging (including all other mounting bits that I didn't need to use).
Mounts between headset and seatpost. Will fit even with a small clearance at the headset. Not suitable for drops; need straight bars or bullhorns as you can't cover the brakes properly with drops.
I used it on my fixed with bullhorns with no problems:-
Good from as soon as the baby can sit up on their own, and up to 15kg (MiniGB used it from 1 year old and is just outgrowing it when approaching 3 years old).
MiniGB loved it. I used it for the nursery run and the seat detaches in seconds and was left at the nursery so I could cycle on into work as normal.
Bonus of an extra mounting bar (from an older model) that's missing some of the mounting parts at the seatpost end but nothing that a little bit of shopping in a DIY shop can't work around. I'd botched it with a load of bubble wrap, tape and some spacer rods.
I'm in SW15 and work in SE1. Postage possible, I'll weigh it all and try and calculate the cost.

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:

Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
