Cippo sends out used goods purporting to be NOS then calmly states no refunds..
Used, scratched and original skewers replaced with mismatching low level crap that are also scratched up.

You listed them as NOS (new old stock) and they are clearly used. Poor form.

I was actually annoyed to have missed out on these. Glad I did now. Very obviously used, which makes your ad a load of bollocks.

Look guys,i can reduce the hubs if that's cool

I asked for a refund, you completely fobbed me off catergorically stating that they are New Old Stock, now you've said they might have been laced up but they've never been used. The dirt and the scuffs/scratches/marks on the freehub splines don't get there by magic. Plus as I mentioned the skewers have been swapped out for the originals on both hubs.
I've offered you a simple solution to the problem but you point blank refused to accept it.

"N.O.S...in original genuine box" certainly suggests these have never been built up, let alone used.

Honesty and openness is what drives the Classifieds here, if you're wilfully selling used parts and claiming they're new you're not welcome.

Cipolinni. Refund the funds. Re-ad the stuff. Flog it fairly. Make some funds. Buy Bump a pint. Win.

I have offered a refund for the hubset,no reply yet.
I will re-list as Rear hub used,N.O.S Front hub.
My mess up,apologies for all previous posts.
Soon as i receive them i will post them with the right details.

I've declined the offer of the £40 original cost (which you only offered AFTER I threatened a court action) as you won't pay my return postage costs of £2.20 which is the cheapest method via royal mail 2nd class. Why should I be out of pocket because you decided to misrepresent the condition which is clear to see?

Get your shit together or this will end nastily as I don't take kindly to dishonest people who are out to deceive me and no matter how you paint it it isnt a genuine mistake as the condition is clear as fucking day.

You have my email, refund the £40+£2.20 return costs and it is sorted.
