wait.
low pro.
slack head angle.
27 1/4
Either it's a very very old track bike or a post office bike sans mudguard with the wrong fork.

It is most definitely not a post office bike. I fitted the 27 1/4" forks, it originally came with 24" but I didn't like how low it was. Now I have gone from one extreme to the other!

I think you need to trade in you fauxlobropro for an OG Foffa HiPro... Will better suit your needs.

So you brought a bicycle that you decided to fixed up the geo off just so it look cool?
Just get a proper frame that'll fit you.

I'm guessing it looks something like this?

Haha, no not quite!

(Its the purple bike in the middle btw...!)

I think a picture of it on a flat surface might make more sense. I do not think the photo actually shows a zero degree fork. It's just straight.
Put the original forks back.
If you do really want to continue with the 700 idea, then check ebay, or BLB.

Haha, no not quite!
But nearly.
The seat tube angle you've wound up with + the fact you've got your saddle back as far as it is suggests you either have the longest thighs known to man or a stupid bike setup that you need to sort out, probably by purchasing a new frame and fork. I'm going to guess its the latter.

I am pretty sure I didn't ask for people's opinion in starting up this thread. If I had of wanted comments on how my bike looks/rides I would of posted it in one of the porn threads. All I wanted was to find out if anyone knew where I can get some straight blade 0 rake forks...
...Thanks though.

Thanks, just what I was looking for!

Put 24" back and sort your fit out would be the easiest and cheapest solution.

Or if you want to ride 700c front and rear get an appropriate frame and fork. Seriously, frame builders know what geo works.

I have currently got a pair of straight blade, zero degree forks on my lo pro which has a ridiculously slack head tube angle. However, the forks were designed to be run with a 27 1/4" wheel meaning I have to run a deep drop brake caliper and also have a high bottom bracket. I have hunted everywhere for a 700c 1" specific fork, but to no avail. Can anyone help?
