Had a look- even with my puny muscles I could bend one of those Muddy Fox cycling shoes into a horseshoe shape with minimal effort.
Need something with a stiffer sole, so- anyone got some old, knackered but servicable MTB clipless shoes?

I have a pair, size 9 Shimano I believe. Will dig them out to night and get my wife to pop a photo up, cos she's good like that and see what you think.

Here's the shoes, they are Specialized and not Shimano as first stated.
£15 posted if you want them.

Dammit
Cheap and cheerful please, to be used on a trainer (I use ATAC, so my normal shoes are no good for this).
