Manufacturer is unknown, sadly, but tubing is clearly good quality chromoly (maybe butted), and frame is well put together - nice and light and has a bit of zip.

Sugino Super Maxy chainset; 52-40; 165mm arms.
Shimano Golden Arrow rear mech; 5 speed block.
Brand new cables throughout.
Alloy rims in good nick.
Paintwork and tyres have seen better days.
Can throw in drop bars, rear rack or mudguards if you like as well.

Bearing in mind the crankset, £140 ono
