Hi there: it's the Training Center software referred to here:
PC Connectivity and Software
Garmin has been outfitting their devices with USB connectivity for some time now -- a welcome move for those who struggled with serial port connections in the days of yore. Thanks to USB, the 305 integrates seamlessly with the Training Center software and we quickly had workout history uploaded and stored on the PC (Sadly, Training Center is not Mac-compatible). Not only does Training Center make it easy to track your performance, you can graph data such as heart rate alongside your speed and distance. Over time, this is a great way to view your fitness levels increase, and it also helps you see what types of workouts are necessary to strengthen your weaknesses. For instance, if you see your heartrate begin to spike after a certain distance, you know you need to increase your endurance workouts to train that area of fitness. -

This is designed for use by
slevlessthe budding Triathlete, so is multi-sport.What that means in practice is that you can change the sport in one session- the idea being that as you jump off the bike, pause to admire your guns, then pull your trainers on you tell the watch that you are changing from cycling to running, which changes the display fields.
The screen is huge- lots of options as to what to show, which I actually miss with my new 405 as I cannot see both pace (really useful) and heartbeat anymore. Hey ho, my loss is your gain.
I'm selling it with the quick release bike mount kit, which holds the Forerunner securely on the handlebars, then snaps onto a velcro wrist strap when you get off the bike and start pegging it.
If you don't want to do that then I include the tool, shoulder bars and original strap to convert it back to stock.
Cheapest I can find the unit itself on Amazon is £169.95

And the bike mount kit is £16.49
