Still looks 56
Here was my 56cm CAAD 7 albeit unfinished
My guess is a 2003 caad7 r1000
Geometry on page 114
(And also see page 61)
Always loved this btw. Insanely good build.
Thanks for that, looks like you’re right.
I’ll open that pdf on desktop. It’s too pixelated to read when opened on my phone.
Great build. Is that an aliX seat post?
I think you’re right about it being 56. Does the seat tube on yours measure as 58 centre to top? Making it 56 centre to centre?
It was yeah.
I don't have it any more but I believe it was about that yeah
Thanks, it’s not to be then. Need a 58. Also don’t need another bike.
Not cheap but 58 here if you’re dead set on that colour scheme.
Nah wasn’t the colour scheme particularly.
Just had a desire to get an old school caad. It was quite cheap and very local to me.
Need some tweaks and have a couple of bits coming but if every ride was as good as today’s with my daughter I’ll love it!
99% finished (must ride "her" tomorrow to see if it's everything ok)
Nice!.. red 10 speed? What weight with that group?
Are NDS shots permitted for Lefty’s ;)
No, from the NDS they look like normal forks :)
I must find a way to weight IT.
Can't do it here (my home) but I think it will be something like 7kg .
Hello Cannondale folks
Had a lovely maiden voyage on my new “ulti-mamil chariot” as @PhilDAS was so kind to call it, but the bloody fucking bloody saddle fell off 40kms in….
Don’t suppose anyone’s got a spare system six seatpost or even better just the hardware in central london?
Pic for lols
Did something break, or just shake loose?
It doesn't come with some kind of warranty?
Lucky you don’t ride your bikes… otherwise I’d imagine this to be quite inconvenient 😬
Just shook loose
Cheers man, I’ve ordered the spare bits already but they’re unlikely to arrive till midweek, was seeing if anyone has one today/tomorrow as I was hoping to ride again tomorrow
Damn. Did you lose just the cradle ?
