Yeah I meant to say thanks for the recommendation L. I thought the thinner plastic would be no good but a list that long can't be wrong.

I think i have two avenues of distribution so far :

Louis is meeting me on monday next week in Olympia,

Ali is taking some(25ish) over to Hackney on saturday to Helen's (Bells)

I can put little stickers on them with peoples names on and their dimensional requirements, which you can remove at your leisure.

i would prefer you paid them to pass on to me, or pay me next tourney or Bogey league game. I have got issues with Paypal at the moment unfortunately .

They do wear out quicker on rough courts. What i would recommend is i make you a thicker cap, drilled out to make it lighter but avoiding taking out any material on the outer edge. That way you have loads of margin to wear away plus a super light capped mallet. For Jono i've been doing them with quite a thin cap and they've been lasting quite well but maybe not as well hence the need for 10 ?

On our indoor court, they last forever thats why i haven't been making any recently, still got last summers mallets on the go.

RV can you list here who the 25ish I am bringing are allocated to?

That way people can either pick up from Newt on Sat or the pub for B's bday on the night. Or Bell's house at a later date.

I'll bring any that want them to souths polo on Monday and Wednesday next week, I may also be convinced to deliver elsewhere on Tuesday and Friday as I'll be on my commuting bike and am looking for reasons to put extra miles in (and laps of Richmond park are getting dull)...
