miyagi san- It depends on the tyre size, i think if they are 25c or less they will fit, mine rubbed slightly with 28c's, also they are made for bikes with mounts to fit mudguards, but i'm sure an 80's pug will have those

Yeah, probably would be! It's only a side project at the moment, so I was just curious when I saw the thread title. With any luck I'll free up some time for it before the summer and get one, where would you suggest is best for mtb rims?
