why was?
had a small crash, put my head through a cars' boot and got scared that I was going to break it or something so sold it.
It had a few guises but mostly looked like this

Hilly Ben....what you are feeling are tacks (yes tacks) used to hold the frame together while it is brazed.

sticking a finger down the chainstay i met what feels like a nail sticking up, there's one in the other stay and one in the headtube too
in the red circle with grease on it
