  • I thought this would shift pretty quick.....

....so I'll drop the price to £575 to see if that makes a difference!

  • With a spec like that you're definitely going to come of better if you split it

  • Nice bike, great spec, whats it's for again ?

  • Its strange enough having a bike like that single speed, but fixed?

  • Would love it if it was single speed and came with a back brake! Does the hub/frame take a rear disk brake?

  • Tedward - the frame is V brake only I'm afraid. I do have the lever, caliper and bosses available. The rear hub will run with a freewheel (I think I have a 17t one somewhere).
Let me know if that sounds interesting....

  • ...still here and I would consider offers....

  • ....ditto....

  • no price drop no bump - it's written here https://www.lfgss.com/thread17652.html#post694751

  • £620!

  • the price has gone up again? what would the ss setup be?

  • I thought this would shift pretty quick.....

    £620!

    !

  • Half asleep when I did that!

£570 is what I meant to post!

The ss set up would be as above inc a rear v brake that I can throw in along with a freewheel (I think 17t). The rear rim is a disc rim although it does have a non-machined flat surface - it would last a while before needing replacement with a machined rim brake rim.....

  • Now splitting:

Giant XTC singlespeed frame, inc V brake bosses, FSA headset and a rear v brake plus lever: £160

Surly 135mm fixed/free rear hub on black Mavic disc rim (brand new, ridden a couple of times only) £80 posted inc lockring and choice of fixed sprocket size (I have more or less anything from 13t to 21t)

  • Forks and cranks sold, but frame and wheels still available!

  • Pooooo.... would of loved those forks.....

  • @tonyme - Sorry about that...!

Frame is a beauty though - very light! Perfect fixie with the rear wheel I'm selling too!!
