Tracking on my item has updated since monday. Just stuck at "on it's way".

Anyone else experincing delays with MyHemes? Not sure if its because of COVID-19 and I should keep waiting or it's lost and I should contact them

For me, Hermes has been super reliable, unlike RM...!

Hermes are annoying.
Text this morning, your delivery will be with you between 1100 - 1300.
1035 - attempted delivery - no safe space to leave it.between 10 and 1035; I was next to my front door, no one came.
I also have a porch that is safe and is where 90% of all my deliveries are left.

They didn't attempt delivery at all.

Edit: turned up at 12 and left the parcel in the porch.
Strange company

New one on me... bought the item on the 28th Aug. Went to check tracking...

Hermes have 'delivered' a parcel today....
Except nothing on our CCTV.

That is normal procedure for them. Claim it’s been delivered and then take another week to actually do so.

FFS, dpd locale burning my ass today. Sat in for delivery of exquisite single malts for old fella's birthday only to be told I'm not in, as evidenced by a pic of a door from a house five streets away with a number that doesn't correspond.

I don't understand how they can inform me by text but the driver can't call to check they're in the right place.

FedEx delivery report “address does not exist”. Well I shall just continue living in my imaginary house then. Ffs...
