Wanted: Viking Seven Valley

Hi I'm looking foir a Viking Seven Valley F and F or a full bike.

My father had one of these and i've got a bit of a soft spot for them

If any one has any leads or unfinished projects i would be gratefull..

alternatively rob sergeant a guy who owns a bike shop somewhere in north london sargeant and co. has a couple for sale last time i visited his website also if memory serves me correctly hilary stone had one for sale. check out the viking thread as well for further info on these great machines !

she's lovely but a wee bit small for me which is why i somtimes think to sell it. paint is not original although very old. from the late 60s i think........

Do you think you could get some pictures together of her ?

56 might be ok for me as i'm 5'10"

I've got a 23" 1961 Grand Tour that I'm considering selling. Really needs a new paint job (peeling laquer means it goes cloudy when I ride in the rain!) but otherwise sound and lovely ride. 531 etc.

Thanks for the tip off dicki... I won the mileater, now i just need to find some period parts and a correct head badge....

Yes £50... Bargin... Now what colours to use ??? Classic black with white head tube and seat tube wrap ?? Or go a bit flash ?

I have a 1961 Viking Grand Tour that I bought for my son, I've stripped it down and had the frame sandblasted and powdercoated red, could include some of the components that were serviceable including wheels (chrome with some rust) but new tyres and tubes, original crankset, handlebars and brakeset. All in pieces at the moment and son has lost interest so its taking up space. Its around 55cm. Open to offers.
