For Sale: Room(s) coming up in live/work space

I've just moved back to London from Norwich, into a live/work space near Finsbury Park. There are five rooms, a living room/kitchen and a big studio in the middle.

I've also just found out that there are two or three people who will be leaving at the end of the month. It's each person's responsibility to find a new tenant, so I'm not worried, but it's a good opportunity for me to help steer them towards someone I want to live with. If you're interested then I can put you in touch with the people leaving and maybe you can both work something out.

So... a few details. The rooms cost between £530 and £580, I believe, and all bills are included. There's plenty of room for bikes as well, which is part of the reason I took the place.
