I presume you've added carbon paste to the mix?
Can you stick a stick (or something suitable) underneath the post so the seatpost hits it at the right height and stops.

The stick could work. Otherwise I'm covering the seatpost in epoxy and setting it to the right height and being done with it

The frame was essentially free, I just paid for the parts so I think I might as well. Currently its not able to be ridden so it can't end up worse

Can you get a Coke can shim down the front to take up the slack? Might do the trick.

I’m guessing it’s not di2? Otherwise a glued seatpost is going to get difficult to rewire...
Also which way does the disc brake hose go? Top tube or down tube?

No, Sram force, everything goes (badly) routed down the downtube
