Lovely shaped bar, good condition. Comes with Hardly worn White Soyo track grips and NOS 3T bar blue tape. to fit cinelli stem . 26.4mm clamping section.
These bars are drilled for brake cables - professionally done and comes with black plastic outer cables.

The OP needs to just post the URL to the image (ending in .jpg) rather than the HTML for an image tag.
