I've got a topcap that is also the mount but specifically interested in the spacer that is the mount, while using a normal top cap.

Looks neat, it's also visible in https://road.cc/sites/default/files/styles/main_width/public/2023-insta360-garmin-1.jpeg

They seem to be pretty readily available. Here for example, or plenty on Amazon / fleabay.
There's a few 3d prints available on Thingiverse.com as well, but they look pretty chunky.

My dad would like a rear camera for his 80th. I'm chuffed he's still out riding. Cycliq fly6 gen 3 for £209 or anything I'm missing? Thanks

Anyone had the issue whereby their GoPro footage and audio suffers from what looks like interference? My GoPro Black Mini 11 that I bought direct from GoPro in April 2023 has been doing this lately, pic below of strange colourway and interference lines across the footage.
So I decided to contact GoPro via their support chat function and after a fairly short, painless chat they offered to issue me a new GoPro replacement provided I sent the original back to them.
They provided the shipping labels via email PDF that I just had to print out and then package the GoPro and drop it off at a local UPS collection point (turns out to be most local newsagents, who knew) and within seven days the replacement unit is on its way to me.

How long does he need to record for? I have used a GoPro 4 session for years and can get circa 3 hours battery life out of it provided you have a large enough Mini SD card. With a stable underseat mount the footage is pretty good (i.e. you don't need a newer model with inbuilt stabilisation) as per all the rear facing footage in this edit below.

They don't make the GoPro 4 Session anymore but you can pick up a second hand bargain for circa £40 nowadays

Not sure I'd want to take my chances on a second hand Session 4. Neither of my two manage an hour these days.

Headset spacer and top cap go pro mounts seem fairly readily available in the usual places, had toyed with getting one myself as a neater way for a GoPro at the front
