Would be all over this but a little confused about the geometry. Seems a weird combination - either large ST for the TT or small TT for the ST.

not terribly uncommon to have geometries far off square.
ive a 61cttst - 56ctctt as well.
suits some people better than square frames, but if its uncomfortable you can always use a long stem. also you can pull the seat back a bit but i guess that affects seat tube angle.
