I have a 2002 Tourmalet. Not the greatest frame but I've always liked the way it looks.
Ok, retro road crank suggestions. Has anyone got any ideas?
Should ideally be Shimano 9 or 10-speed compatible, polished silver, with a classic road look, like the slim, fluted stuff for example.
This is the best I've found so far but the crank arms themselves are a bit too modern-looking:
Do you reckon I could pair some vintage/NOS crank arms with modern chainrings (for shifting performance)?
How about these:
^ ah yes, I meant to say I looked at those and wasn't overly keen on the slightly blingy vibe. But they are on the radar, thanks.
Andel also do a road version of their fluted pista cranks in a range of sizes + chainring options
edit IRD have branded them up as their Defiant road cranks in standard and compact and Soma online store sells them
cheaper on Ebay
That's a nice set of cranks, 'tap
Perfect. Rep is yours. Thank you very much.
