I'd like to have a big discussion about "healthy" food.

The European diet was never particularly "healthy" by modern standards, yet it never dun us no harm! Athletes back in the 60s and 70s were still breaking records and eating fat and "bad" sugary carbs.

I'm not suggesting everyone go and eat Macdougals every day, but anyone with an active lifestyle who is burning lots of calories should not need to be anal about every morsel they touch. I would rather make sure I'm getting the calories in first, then worry about the finer points later.
