I've been on here for a few years and just lately this forum seems to have gone really sour....people commenting on other peoples posts just to be sh!tty.....you should instigate the same rule as Retrobike and not let people comment on pricing

Hi I don't think Guy is being sour just giving a little advice as he sold a set on here with better tubs cheaper, and they are only 399 brand new. I have over priced things in the past and had to reduce them when a menber pointed that out.

OK, but I have an offer higher than that already.....and making comments like that just affects other conversations/negotiations and spoils sales....so I think it's bang out of order!!

That's the price you pay for listing on here. You want total control, try eBay or Gumtree.

I remember when you joined this forum, to sell stuff, and that is all you have ever done, you are simply trying to circumvent ebay fees. You don't even donate anything back.

Back before people like you joined the forum, we used to make deals for each other, then you and your like appeared and made it all about the money.

Your stuff is always overpriced. If you don't want to be brought to account on that, go to ebay where you belong.

One of the reasons I buy stuff on here rather than eBay is because people whose opinion I respect such as Guy can and do add their comments.

Give or take a few, 70-odd threads started, the vast majority of these are selling stuff. Don't you think it's time to give something back to the forum? Considering you don't contribute in any other way, perhaps a donation is in order, bearing in mind the huge amount of fees you have avoided (e-bay etc) and the captive audience you have here...
