Bargain!

Too small -just- or I'd have had it.
-
• #4
I'd say more than "just", Neil. You'd def need an XL.
-
• #5
Meh! Really?
I'm not really familiar with the sizing of these- do you have one Mark?
-
• #6
I'm 6ft4 and ride an XL. Frame size is supposed to be "compact" and measures up 3cm smaller than what you would normally take.
-
• #7
I'm on an XL as well. 6'2". Could do with it being a bit bigger if it wasn't for polo.

See casasteve on here, he's after one, I think.

**SOLD**
Slightly scuppered by the Planet-X sale I am nevertheless pressing on with this sale as I am desperately short of space.
Bought on the forum a while back for all the reasons one buys a Pompino, I then sorted out the many issues with it that means it is now ready for plenty of trouble free riding. Despite all the good points I just don't use it enough to justify the space it takes up. Spec is:
Pompino large frame, 54cm seat tube c2T virtual top tube 55.5cm, On-One fork 1+1/8" threadless steerer, suit 5'9" to 6'-ish
Deore XT (I think, branding removed) 175mm cranks with Octalink BB (perfectly smooth)
Blackspire 38T chainring
New KMC z510 1/8" chain
New 15T fixed sprocket (+16T Dicta freewheel if reqd.)
Avid Arch-Rival V-brakes with quality new shoes/replaceable pads
New teflon lined cables with ss inners
Dia-Compe SS-5 levers
Easton EA 30 risers
GT stem
On-One seatpost and saddle
Front wheel is Bianchi OEM sealed bearing hub (as new) with Ambrosio rim, natty spoke pattern
New Kenda 700c25
Rear Surly fixed/free hub laced to black OpenPro rim excellent condition, 135mm spaced
New Vittoria Rando 700c28
Outland platform pedals, bring your own foot retention
New rack
Drop bars and aero brake levers available as option if preferred, also some MKS pedals with clips/double straps for £10 extra
Since rebuilding it I have done about ten miles and lent it to a friend on sale/return who did about 20 miles, they wanted something more retro in the end.
£299 collected from SE1, viewing/test ride welcome, can ship in UK if reqd. at cost.
