This is what I wrote in that thread:
...the label Vagacini "belongs" to Mr. Rens van Ganzewinkel, who is in charge of Codagex (wholesaler, Colnago and other brands) in NL...So, basically, they could have been made anywhere.
But Mr. Van Ganzewinkel has excellent connections in Belgium and Italy, so most probable, the older frames are from there.
The only link with Colnago (IMHO) is that Mr. Van Ganzewinkel works for Codagex, the Benelux distributor of Colnago and several other brands. If you want to contact him directly, give it a shot. He's a very nice and helpful person. He may be the only person who can give you the correct answer.

No, dutch!
He's dutch, he works in The Netherlands, but Codagex is a Belgian company with an office in Liessel, The Netherlands.
Something like U.K., GB, England, Scotland, etc..., but simpler. -

ok so I bought this frame for 60 euros/45 pounds and just wanted a bit of info on it, if anyone has any. The info I found via google was fuzzy, it said something about them being belgium frame builders for colnago (hope this is true but i have my doubts). The tubing is columbus gara so nothing special but the paint job is perfect you could almost pass it for nos. Anyway think I picked up a bargain but i'm interested in your thoughts/info on the make
