Well it's parodying racism but still, I'm not sure.

I dunno, it's almost certainly taking the piss out of what the royals think, if not actually said, rather than anything specifically derogatory, tough line to tread on the internet when so many memes are straight up racist when they look a bit racist, same joke in different contexts could be either a scathing take down of the racist royal family, or some shite you'd hear off some gammon in the pub.

Transphobic one a bit later seems very hard to read any other way than that "I identify as an attack helicopter" type bullshit.

It's offensive, and the response of "it's up to others to decide whether it's offensive" is the typical response of an older white male that's never copped the brunt of racist abuse or had to deal with the emotional damage that it causes.
There's no such thing as casual racism.
