Mechanical help needed

Having had my Merckx stripped and resprayed I find myself with half a new 10 speed group, a dis-assembled bike and no money to complete the project.. arse.

Can anyone help me get it back together with the bodged 7speed group I was running previously, before Sunday evening when I go to Wales for a week?

I'm ok with running brake cabling etc, I just need someone to help me with the gearing/bb/headset set up. I can pay in beer/eternal gratitude/graphic design skills..

It's Powys, my mums got a house between Newtown and Llanidloes..

I've got my Gazelle track frame and my IRO ready that I could take, I just wanted some gears for the hills. Maybe I should just htfu, but my knee is playing up a lot at the moment so I didn't fancy grinding my way up and down those things..
