I’ve got some quick release, disc, 27.5 wheels with 2.1” tyres on that I’d to use as a base for a build. Every functional frame (mudguard and rack mounts needed) I can find for that wheel size / tyre clearance appears to be thru axle though - am I missing any obvious contenders or do I need to flog the wheels and get with the times?

I have an Intec M1 disc, that I have put 27.5 wheels on instead of the original spec 26".
Not sure that's available in the UK post brexit though.
How about a disc bracke conversion for an old mtb?
Second hand Surly Disc trucker should also do the trick - as well as a Straggler. -
