new page fail but yes, Quickbeam dropouts are so you don't have to adjust brakes when moving the wheel back and forth in the dropouts. The folx I know who've got one say it works quite well.

I'd be a little concerned about the chainstay paintwork but it is a much better photo without the frame wrapped up I guess
Rear dropouts look hooked onto the rack.
Whatever is happening, it will be an expensive accident.
