So it's car free roads before 7am. I guess it's ok to go through the red lights, if they're even on at that time. Now I need to try and wake up at 5am ish one morning.

I'd watch the lights (parks police are looking closer at RLJ right now with the CS11 plans, even in the mornings) - but the lights are green for way longer at that time so unless you're super unlucky you shouldn't be stopped more than 1/2 times in an hour anyway

Best time to do Regents Park laps is on the way home from the pub after it's closed. Did twelve in the rain once, fantastic stuff. Much easier to stop for a piss as well.

Just did my first park laps in ages on my new Dolan build. 48x17 is definitely too spinny for that kind of behaviour. Was nice though, and possible pretty good for cadence and/or technique? I have no idea what I am talking about.

Does anyone know of other water fountains apart from the large marble one in the centre of Broadwalk?

There's one near the cafe at the boating lake...just past the children's pond if you enter the park from the lights near the mosque.
