I was loving it too until the puncture. I yelled puncture at you as you went past but nm. In fact thinking about it, I saw you suspiciously waiting at the side of the road and then boom my front tyre goes. I call Sabotage!

Seriously though, there was nothing you could have assisted with I still wanted to change the tube in the dry inside the hub.

Yeah was really good (if a bit wet) out there tonight. Hardly anyone else daft enough to be lappin'

Did a 4 lap special at 21 avg. Not too bad considering i had to give everyhting a 50m berth coz crabon braking sucks ass.

I heard you shout something but couldn't make out what it was. Oh well, i thought that perhaps you didn't have a tool or tube or something, but it turns you're just a fair weather tube changer.

deff a fair weather tube changer. But I also didnt have a tube, it was in my bag in the locker so either way I had to walk to the hub.

on thursday did any one else see the guy riding around with one of these:

thats right double height extender he then had a bunch of spacers and ... drop bars. the bars where on his eye level! Honestly, his vision must have been impaired, in both senses.

Went to the park tonight for this first time in ages. It was mentally busy. Ended up in a peloton of about twenty, doing a decent lick. 50 percent plus seemed to have deep section crabon.

Rode there on Sunday and was so quiet I had a go at riding a bit in the strange forearms on the tops faux-TT position. It was fun. Really fast. Must reconsider TTs.

Dude on a black+gold Parlee/Enve/CK build went fucking mental when I passed him. Noice bike though.

I basically stole the DP sunday ride route that popped up on strava. Hovis did it with me, both fixed, quite a nice route but setting off from Euston at nearly 7pm was an error so we did the back third of it in the dark and got home around 10.30. Work is going to suck today...

you planning on doing it again? setting off from euston sounds perfect for me, and I am sick of the park.

Yeah possibly, altho i am fed up of riding fixed for "long" rides (HTFU etc) so need to get me some clinchers for the Batmobile. I am sick of the park as i never do more than 4 laps which is what spurred this idea on.

Quite a good one, amazing how quickly one can go from london smog to ba ba sheep.

As OSR said, next time, 6pm departure, not 7. And gears.

I like the park as well though, despite its drawbacks, is a good place to push yourself against quicker riders.
