Best way to carry or hold your bike

Seriously though, you people are ferrero rocher's helping me out. The techniques you lot mention have spoiled me. Liking the pics and (@vila-ru) I'm going to try something like this, it might even get me some BBC airtime...

Right shoulder - right hand on left handlebar.

To be serious it does depend on the bike... My girlfriends cross bike has a nice flat bit on the top tube so easy to put on the shoulder, my Carlton is a massive weighty peice of steal and kills my shoulder in under 10 seconds so has to be braced with the arm... Step through are easier carried upside down...

Also for those of us of a sinister persuasion you've got to be aware of the chainset...

Use a spare Bag strap if it bothers your shoulder, you'll look like a whimp though.

You only need a hand on the bars if your bike is pointing up... And andway I'd go for the right handlebar in this case?!

Lock the bike up, remove the front wheel and chase it down the road like so...

Seriously just put it on your shoulder, how long do you really need to carry a bike for?

Use brylcream to do your hair in the morning and then just stick it on as some kind of jaunty head dress whenever you fancy.

or just stop being a whinge.
