A tiny little photos of a pink frame with 'cannondale' written on the wheels isn't going to be that helpful.

Anyhow, doubt that's a Cannondale frame, doesn't look like a typical cracknfail design.

if you're trying to find a frame like that for smacking the road with your tyres, just go for a Leader frame and paint it pink.

Looks like a Cannondale Slice - but with track ends fitted? One off prototype possibly. Could explain the colour scheme and old school snapandfail graphics on the down tube.

i don't think that is a cannondale above
it looks more like a bridgestone anchor frame due to the offset seat stays and top tube
cannondales like my avatar have seat stays meeting where the top tube joins the seattube

Its of a type thats become popular from the Taiwanese or Chinese frame makers. Everyone from Pinarello to just about anybody else has their own "version". Look here for similar.
