Wanted: Rear wheel, fixed

i'm building my first fixed gear, and trying not to break the bank doing it...

I'm looking for a rear wheel, ideally silver colour (to match my front), 700c - long shot, i know, but if anyone has one going with lock-ring and a 19t sprocket too, I would be there in a flash...

Looking to spend around 20-40gbp...

Any help?
