Hi
I am in need of a frame to build up a bike for my girlfriend.

Smaller frames don't crop up all that often on eBay, so I thought I might have more luck with a spot of forum fishing!

Something simple, classic yet stylish, would do nicely.

I'm in central London so can pick up anywhere in zones 1 and 2. And if there are offers for suitable chainsets, wheels etc, then all the better!

I've got a complete Japanese lo pro going - effective seat tube is probably about 53. It'll be around the £350 mark though.

Have a 52cm Surly Crosscheck in pretty much excellent almost unridden condition for £200, including stem, headset, bottom bracket and seatpost clamp.

the crosscheck is extremely versatile as a frame, run it as a singlespeed town bike to an off-road monster (well, dwarf).

It's a Surly after all, and I'm in central london too.

Hey Dunna, I've got a small Specialized Langster going spare - set up fixed at the moment with the back brake removed but I have the brake so could easily be flipped back (flip-flop hub). It's in pretty good nick except for a dent on the top tube. Was going to be looking for about £170 though? Pm me...

Dunna, my girlfriend want to change to electric bike. Because she can't go far with me. so I need to get rid off (her one) and buy her a new one as well. I got another complete vintage Fred James bike 52cm. In dark red mangosteen. With mavic501, 7 speed free wheelset(but I took the gearset away and set it like single speed) 700c, mavic cpx33 deep section. Campag fork and dropout With chorme luggs Look very nice and off course... vintage. Front brake fitted on. I'll send you a link tonight. If you are interested. Looking for just 200 quid. Completed.
