Dammit, if you're gonna infringe on the trademark bright times name ;-P to look for music for the road trip, you probably should take some of the bright times mixes with you. I'm sure you can download and then burn them to audio cd, via the power of t'internet, and itunes.
Alongside that I'd say grab some stuff by Bonobo, always good the chilled good times, and probably rjd2's first album, deadringer, which is really nice beats and pieces, and that's as much as I can think of off the top of my head.oh late shock edition, get some henrik schwartz in there, especially this
