What's your excuse for not being out riding right now?

Well I'm not cycling anyway so no difference :) supposed to be doing stuff but lazing and a bit day dreamy today.

May cycle later to a friends house.

Still in bed after a late night, although contemplating a relaxing trundle down to Dulwich for beers and bbq later

My skin is bright pink from the sun yesterday, so today I'm sticking to the shadows. Also going to work soon so don't really have time.

One bike in its component pieces, waiting to be sprayed [pink, possibly], the other with 20cm or so of alu seatpost stuck in the frame, about to go up to the roof and be caustic soda'd.

I know, I should buy another bike.

gave a massage to a body builder without eating enough beforehand. got the shakes now.

My legs hurt after this mornings 2.5 mile ride to the shops ...

I burnt my face off yesterday.

Not planning to cycle til it grows back.

70 miles yesterday...dissertation today :(

If anyone wants a great route down into Kent, I did the 'ride of the falling leaves'. Fields and country lanes after about 15k, and beautiful beautiful scenery from then on.

Just got back from a superbly well organised charity ride having done the 45 mile course. Endless check points with drinks, mars bars, cake and more cake on what must be the best cycling day of the year so far.

Also rode to and back from Herne Hill yesterday for a nose around which was a 22 mile round trip including shepherding a fellow forumite from Blackheath to Bexleyheath on the way home.
