Sorry if people needed another clue, I thought it had been figured out. My glamourous assistant has stepped in though.
Old: the ex-FERODO bridge, Bow Road. Featured in a painting by Elwin Hawthorne of the East End Group.
New: cross < bus shelter
Now that it's known I was going to say that the Hawthorne image, and details about it and its location, came up straight away with a google reverse image search of Will's masterpiece.
