Bicycle Tag of bike

Apologies, phone pic so not the clearest.

I've got another from a different angle in which the bike is more visible, but it makes the tag easier to find. I'll post it if no one can find the tag from this pic.

Alright. It's a lovely day out, so perfect to go tagging.

It's down the road from a sweet-looking factory, on a very average industrial estate.

Great tag.

Looked around silver town but can't find it. Also for some reason I thought surrey quays / canada water area as there were a few round there.

You were close then, maybe the wrong way down the road from the aforementioned factory

This might help:

Old: just west of the Woolwich ferry on the north side, off Pier Road. Tag exceeded expectations and deserves a better pic, sorry about that. Something like 13x105 is this one's gear ratio of choice. Nice big anchor nearby too, but lots of broken glass about.

Found it, but those co-ords are waaaaaay out.

Old: a compass located just north of the old royal observatory. For some reason it lies just off the Greenwich meridian.

the entrance to santa clauses north pole toy factory ? ( not a clue )

And I get there after dark for the full effect.

More Clue: The prison bar effect does relate to a nearby establishment for detaining people at Her Majesty's pleasure.

More clue: A distinctive scottish theme to some roads about here, scots and toga wearers that is.
