What are the chances, the first time I open this thread in nearly a year and it's a tag I recognise!

Right... I know hogging the game is frowned upon but...
1 - I'm leaving the country for a few months and I'll be out of the game...
and
2 - I have a connection with the phone box malarky...There's another of these reclaimed phone booths further up Lewisham Way opposite the Celia Hammond Animal Trust. In a week or so, the patrons of SELAN - a charity arts project for people with severe and enduring mental health needs (where I am currently working, hence the link) - will be exhibiting some of their work there. I urge you all to go and have a look. It's a very worthy cause.

OLD TAG: Brockley Micro Library on Lewisham Way

NEW TAG:
CLUE...

There's a bonus prize if you find this place. Ask to speak to the owner, Antonio. Tell him you are a friend of 'Ian from Breton' and ask him to call me. I'll give him the nod and he'll give you a free coffee. -

Excellent tag. Brand new, too, by the looks of it.

Oops, fast work, privatepatterson. ^^ I meant to refer to the phone box tag as 'excellent'.
What a lovely week-end on BToB.

Slightly off topic, but I got sent here from this thread.
It seems that you BToB people enjoy finding places in London just from looking at pictures, so here goes...
Please have a look at this, and tell me where I might find a place that looks a bit like it:
Thank you!
As you were... -

Italian Deli, Lewis Grove Lewisham
Dark photo to show large church (ahem) in the distance. This view is protected, unlike the cranium of a local woman of old who could be said to be 'married to god'.**however there is 'no evidence to support' the legend, according to wiki

lovely view :)
see any nice birds while you were there? -

I think your back is facing towards another edifice, is it not?

For a second, I thought this was some variant of "A man, a plan, a canal; Panama!"

Clue?
I have no clue!...
I just need to find a place that looks like the (made up) one in the drawing and thought I'd try exploiting The Knowledge Of The Forum.

I remember seeing a map showing London's protected vistas. The ones I have found on google so far don't include this (assuming it is where I think it is).
-
• #13949
Only just worked out the clue - the deli used to be called 'Gennaro', the last owners' name.
And I paid for my coffee. Doh.

Sorry, I was making a thread specific joke.
Is the place in the drawing somewhere you need to identify, of are you looking to find somewhere that resembles the imagined place in the drawing?
