I always worry I've broken the game.
This is solvable with some lateral Googling. On street view the door's open and the room inside is on show.
-
• #12529
It doesn't even need lateral Googling.

• #12530
My google skills are weak.

• #12531
I've found 3 year old photos and the general area but not the actual location

Actually, you're right. Easier than I thought. Good good

I'm familiar with this place, but don't have time to tag it. I do obviously however have time for this useless post. Rep please.

• #12534
only if you PM me the location

Gotcha! You've no idea how much extensive googling and street viewing I've done last night to get this... think I know Homerton inside out now.
OLD: Chelmer Road, Homerton E5

NEW:

Easy enough, I'd think.

No, Wedding is in Berlin, and this is London, my friend.

Nice one.
No Name No Number is an occasional art gallery space, hence the connection with the window installations in .The Shop, and me wittering on about 'drawing' and things being 'on show'...

Like fuck is it

Can't think of one that's not super obvious right now plus at least one person knows where it is.

They're all easy if you know them. Or one other person does. Or something.

• #12543
Why am I not surprised that it is you of all people making that point?

Can we all just agree that if the tag hasn't moved within the first few hours then a clue is needed. More people then have the chance to work out where it is and the game can move on quicker. It's not a competition to see who can hold the latest tag for the longest.

Make a few hours a few days and you've got a deal...
It's never meant to have been wham bam tag every few hours. There's no problem with a tag hanging around for a day or two. The fun for a lot of people is in working out the tough tags.

.The Shop, by the way, apart from the obvious link, is (in my opinion) a really nice example of how to convert a shop to domestic use without making it look hideous, simply by embracing its original purpose and aesthetic. I think it shares that with Brian's place.
The other half actually knows the people who live there, but I'm not allowed to say anything else as they value their privacy and like to keep an element of mystery about the place! They change the window display quite often as the local kids like to go and look in the window and wonder what lies within...

So you guys would rather spend time searching online than going out on your bike to get a tag?
-
• #12550
Not necessarily online, it took quite a bit of riding my bike around East London and Sarah Lund jumper wearing action to find Jurek's tag. I put in more miles finding that one than I've ever done getting a 'far away' tag.
I just don't think they should all be that easy, or that a clue is needed after a few hours. In the space of a few hours a lot of people could just be doing something else.
