current project - found the frame in a dumpster with a stuck seat post
built up with parts i had around. Got a turbo seat im gonna install and ignore the homemade down tube shifter (gonna get a real one) 3x1 gearing
needs its loose ends tied up -

Looks like someone's just squeezed some small CX tyres on an NJS frame, my guess with a big file.
Although stratos do make some weird stuff so maybe they made a NJSesque frame with huge clearances
